Re: so maybe your relative did not buy immediately; perhaps he hesitated.

Maybe a little. We discussed it mid-day not before the opening and I'm sure he bought on a limit order because i told him the basis of brinker's recommendation.
Regardless, my point is that I believe the benchmark for holding Brinker accountable for his call is the Oct 12 close of 75 1/8. Any other price is subject to the variables of when an individual could and did act.

Best wishes

Chris J. Horne,

What are the chances that Bob reads the April 2001 issue of Marketimer verbatim on the air for the foreseeable future, or at least until subscriptions are back to the pre-CTR2 levels, to lure new unsuspecting prospects into subscribing?

Indeed he forecasted a broad market rally to be led by the QQQ's in his most recent newsletter. <g>

It wouldn't surprise me if Bob takes out a full page add in Barron's showing a reprint of the issue. <g>

Of course, to top it all off, he would highlight the recommendation to place 50% of cash reserves in QQQ's right at the BOTTOM, a direct hit! <g>

Best Regards.
