pa - The bad news is out now and there is nothing on the horizon except more rate cuts till the end of Q2 and further. Sentiment is picking up fast and orders will pick up quickly now returning the market to normality for a high growth era. The Euro telcos where a lot of the rtouble started with their insane license bids are about to be bailed out by the European Investment Bank on orders from the various governnments and that should get the investment cycle back to normal.
