Ayn Rand believed that to sacrifice yourself for your ideal is a good thing. Mother Teresa found serenity and happiness in her enterprise. To sacrifice yourself for what you love is what Ayn Rand's philosophy is all about. Ayn Rand would have categorically rejected the mysticism behind Mother Teresa's sacrifice. Ayn Rand was wrong in totally rejecting God and transcendent knowledge. If there is a Christian God and a Heaven MT found herself a very high place by her imitation of Christ.
