Robert: Excellent points. Now that stocks are moving up everyone is yelling: "bear trap", "head fake". But listen closely and there are plenty of people saying: "I missed this first step; if we retrench I'll put my cash to work. I can't miss the next leg." So, which is it? If it is a bear trap the second tier money will have to agree or they will deploy the cash to hold prices up, at least partially. The Fed is everyone's friend now and the impact of the first easings will begin to be felt in some industries soon. Time may be running out for the cautious. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
