i wonder if other countries trying to buy in to US market updraft and are neglecting their own markets? that theory does not go along with the declining dollar however...
maybe selling us bonds and buying us stocks?

Because we think and suspect we know better, letting the Americans charge ahead into the big blue abyss, arms stretched out, mouthing silently and ever weakly "buy, buy, buy, before it is too late". We stand ready to short this time, with ever more confidence, now that we think we leant the rules of the game ... namely, the game has an end.
