Looking back, April 19 2000 was the time to bail. On that date, TJ and Bell announced their new growth strategy. Foolishly, I believed them when they said expenses would rise for only two quarters. To add insult, much of the additional expenses went into marketing the Excite brand; they were reacting to a fear of open access. These guys are truly first class bozos.
