I cannot. I've no idea what he is talking about. I know what I know, I don't know what he knows. What he seems to be describing, most of the time, is a world, and a world view, so different from mine I really cannot understand. I don't understand the way he perceives reality and his resonating spiritual force. If it helps, I think you and I are close to perceiving things the same way. I doubt we perceive things exactly the same way, but we are on the same page of the same book. Neocon is in another volume that I haven't read.
