If we can't hold above 27 then this sorry looking chart will look even worse. I'll attribute yesterday's volume to today's options expiration. And who's to say that I won't get some shares called away? Anything can and does happen on options expiration day.

I'm very excited about Kauri. Just can't wait 'til they start drilling that one.

Anybody need an extra annual report? I hold SFY in four different accounts, so I have a few reports to spare...

I checked into selling some more calls on SFY, but there's only a paltry premium on short term calls that are out of the money, unless you go past May, which puts us into the time frame when we could hear something about Kauri. I sold April calls on 5 positions, and kept the stock on all 5, but the market has turned (IMO), so any covered calls I write nowadays are going to be far out of the money.

I think I see why a lot of folks are skittish about companies like SFY right now. For those who aren't convinced that gas prices are going to be comfortably above current prices in December, they may expect a large write-down of assets due to end of year reconciliation.
