Those readings make sense, given what I've seen the last two days in the Dow; keep us posted if those levels change. Here's one that really galls me: UTX posts 17% growth with a PE of 21 and sells off so they can buy tech trash at triple digit PEs and negative growth in a 1% GDP environment (what would happen to tech in a real recession???). There had better be one heck of an earnings rebound in tech, or investors are going to be mighty disappointed. UTX also trades at half GE's valuation despite having a similarly consistent growth rate the last 8 years. I think I'm either a contrarian, a misanthrope or a contrarian indicator, because most things the market does pisses me off. ;-)
