John:

I don't have a tv in the office but i gather the interview did not go well <gg>. If you go by Hoffman marketplaces are alive and well but it is wise and prudent to be skeptical. ARBA has a host of problems (I didn't listen to thier cc) not least of which is the ITWO relationship. I would think there is a limit to the amount. Look @ Covinsint as an example. One mega exchange. makes sense over having 3 or more in the us alone especially if your a supplier and you bid with all the domestics.

So in a nutshell I agree ARBA sees no future based upon their actions but CMRC expects good growth in private exchanges.

From a stock price perspective I can see it breaking $14 next week on the MSFT & SAP announcments but $18 would be my top and if you consider the company won't be profitable till next year and revenues will be flat sequentially for the year (i.e. appx $170M each q) - granted it should be conservative to allow the company leeway to beat the #'s)

The market seems to have run pretty far and fast for the past few weeks. Lets see if it stays above its 20 ema.
