Skeets didn't produce any data, just anecdotal evidence from where he lives, which, surprise surprise, is the West coast. Which, I believe, is where you live, too.> No, I don't live on West Coast... I live in one of the biggest blue collar cities in the country... Also, I see what your saying about % inc of mortgage payments, but my point is he posted lots of data about ownership or affordability of homes, including that. I don't see you refuting his assertion OR his data. DAK
