Seems that different statisticians see the same thing differently -- rather like those dueling stats profs at the Gore vs. Bush trial in Florida last fall. ... Would be nice to think it's the medical people who should have the last word here -- and by all accounts they want GNLB's Aslera available.

The Scottish justice system does not have a "proven" verdict but does have a "not proven" one.
Similar to the one of the votes cast in the US Senate on Clinton's impeachment hearing.

The "not proven" verdict has nothing to do with drink or drunken-ness.
