Mama Bear: But the AGREEMENT doesn't even set out a fee schedule.

In addition to the fact that this thing is a total waste of time, the agreement, in my opinion, wouldn't even stand up in court. So why is it that an agency as big as the Nasdaq is stupid enough to ask me to sign an agreement that doesn't even provide full disclosure?

Why can't we rely on an agency as big as the Nasdaq to provide us with an agreement that actually holds some water?

And why am I being denied a service because of a third party when I have a binding agreement with the "first" party all in the name of signing an agreement that wouldn't even hold up in court?

WHY ARE THEY WASTING MY TIME?!!!

(I am sure the answer for that lies in that grey, fuzzy world along with things like, "Do fat people KNOW they are fat?!")

I am sure that the "agreement" would never hold up in court. But that isn't the point. The fact that some big beaurocracy with a lot more resources than I wants me to sign an agreement that allows THEM AND ONLY THEM to change the rules of the agreement at their discretion is what really pisses me off.

Ya, I can't hope to roll any heads at the Nasdaq, nor at TDW. But (and perhaps I have illusions of importance) perhaps I can get the appropriately responsible people to realize that not ALL people are stupid, docile and blind to potential harm that might befall them from an irresponsible legal document. I call bullshit, and I know I'm right in my call.
