I posted, to Joel, data from the FRB that shows that mortgage payments as a percentage of disposable income was at 6.46% last quarter. The all-time low was 4.39% in 1980 - the highest in the interim was 6.35% in 1991. So last quarter it was 0.11% more than it ever has been before in the past 20 years. That's not even statistically significant. If that's not good enough for you, just tell me what you want. Message 15694320
