Members of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers protested what they describe as union-busting on the part of BC Hydro. The utility, which supplies 99 percent of the province's power and is a major exporter of electricity to California, has sought an injunction from provincial labor authorities to stop the unexpected action, a spokesman said.
