Why? Is there a why. I don't know that we were "provided" with anything. But setting that aside, I suppose we enjoy what we enjoy. I think I have problems with "entitled" also.

The universe provided some people with the capacity for appreciating horrors. Some people enjoy torturing people, for example. I'm not sure I agree with you that it is okay for people to enjoy these perversions.
