Class action suits don't concern me...almost every stock these days has its share because of crybaby investors who won't take responsibility for their own inaction.

Negative growth rates..if at all..will be very temporary, imo, as it will be with, again, almost every stock on the Nas.

But once again, MRVL is nearly 13x sales...pretty pricy in this environment, esp with sales under 200 mil.
