Curtiss, Where is the other side of the balance sheet? No one in there right minds would create a balance sheet for a company without listing the assets. Personally I carry more debt today than at almost anytime in my life - yet my debt to equity and debt service to income ratio is better than at any time in my life. Anyone looking at only debt would think I was ready to go BK.
