More likely this bill will enhance the possibility of public shootouts, spur-of-the-moment suicides and lethal love spats in local restaurants. Even if those tragedies are avoided, there's another reason to worry about this bill: More loaded guns in more pockets means more weapons within reach of small hands. That is one of the stupidest things I have ever read in print. Would be cool though-- having public shoot-outs...
