I see what you mean. That leaves only 32% to be spent in the second half, implying Q-over-Q reductions.

I wonder if Wall Street will pay much attention to the SEMI bookings figures due out? Most of the time they don't seem to react to it much.

Cary, I would appear to me that if INTC is spending this amount of capital expenditure for the copper/12 inch wafer that other companies will have to play catchup or be left behind. Maybe, I am wrong in my assumptions. If I'm correct then amat should benefit from the competition.
