So is this the first time the USSC has ever over ruled a state court? The recount Gore asked for would have been in Bush's favor anyway. Too narrow. Gore lost, get over it. Or that Gore's major holding has screwed up the mating of grey whales with there salt processing plant in Mexico? Gore is a limo enviromentalist.
