CSCO and Fraudulent Accounting

In post 45616, I wrote the following quote from the article and my response:

RE: "Mr. Chambers said that the company did not plan to use the goods that it was writing off..."

Of course he said this. Otherwise, he would be admitting to fraudulent accounting.

I did not mean to infer that CSCO uses fraudulent accounting. I merely meant that writing off as obsolete, inventory that was expected to be used, would be fraudulent and Chambers would not say anything that would infer or imply that the writeoff was dishonest.
