cb, you are amazing. you proved mortgage payments went up more than disposable income between 1970 and 1980 and remained flat between 1980 and present. then you irrationally and illogically state this *proves* individual wages rose more than the purchase price of a home.

first, you answered the wrong question.

second, the data you provided shows the opposite of what you set out to prove. when asked for an explanation, you fail to give it. you just say you are right, thinking if you say it enough, people will think it is true. i know why. everyone else does, too. but, we won't tell anybody, if that makes you feel better. ;-)

yes, i'm beating a dead horse here b/c your original post on this subject was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out of line and you ought to accept the consequences of your actions. but, you won't. i'm juts making this fact painfully obvious to the thread.

not not, the blowing smoke part. that had some truth to to it.

the part you neglected to acknowledge in a previous post. the part where you said you had "proof" that the price of comparable housing has dragged behind individual incomes. you have done less to prove your assertion than i have.

you have provided no data regarding the change in price of a house (a mortgage payment is much different, doh!) and you have presented no evidence regarding an individual wage increase (family income was never at issue, doh!).

of course you want an apology. not b/c you are right. you aren't. just b/c you are you and you feel you deserve it. ;-)

that point has been made extremely clearly so my objective has been accomplished and i'm done - thank goodness ;-)
