We went through all this last November! No one is saying that, initially, Al Gore was wrong. I am sure Bush would have done the same if his position were that of Gore's. But Al Gore dragged it out - and out - and out - ad nauseum, losing support along the way. That is why I fault him. He should have seen which way the wind blew long before and cut bait.
