When it's clear the states are violating the constitution (and their own laws), as they were in Florida while involved in a national election. You bet the Supreme court has the right to intercede.

Those radical leftists on the FLSC were trying to circumvent the legislature which had written specific election laws. Even if the Supreme court didn't act, the Florida legislature would have. And the law as written would have applied.

State legislatures write laws, not state supreme courts. And it's the legislatures which select the delegates.

Your straw-man arguments which flip from one topic to the next when they run out of critical thinking steam are entertaining, but that's about it.
