LPTH has very little cash. SCNT has more cash than market cap. NOVL has 65% market cap in cash/assets. LOR has 5x assets to mc though needs a ally/suitor. - Can only pick a few dogs so I'm going with the cash/asset rich.

Thanks Richard. I see LOR has a target of $9 which is 30% higher than Smith Barney. either way it's a multiple banger.
And LPTH looks better than I thought. unterberg.com
