the employees get paid. they get a deal-stock options, in addition. i have to buy stock if i want it.on the stock options, sometimes, the employees win, sometimes they lose.if they lose, they may have chosen a higher paying job, but chose one with stock options, which turned out to be worthless. the game is fixed in their favor- but it isn't guaranteed to make them a fortune. volatility works in their favor. over time, they get some options at very cheap prices. it makes it even more of a rigged game if the options are repriced. supposedly, workers are being rewarded for their contribution to the companies (stocks)performance. when the company (stock) doesn't do well, they haven't contributed to good performance, because there wasn't any. there only loss is a lost opportunity. yet , they are crying, and u r crying 4 them.

meanwhile, i paid real money for shares, kept buying- in similar size chunks of money-but more shares per chunk- on the way down. the total paper loss is obscene and very painful. t is buying athm cheap . i put in a lot. i will get very little. meanwhile t paid others a fortune recently for athm shares.

i went thru the same with nbci and ge.
there should b a very good suit here.
t , ge, athm, nbci shouldn't be able 2 screw the little guy.
