Kenneth ---Any idea where NT is position on this revenue source ? so.cc.va.us BEST WISHES BILL This will definetely hurt the big in-state long distance companies such as Verizon in their in state monopolies . They will have to respond with VIOP or lose the business where at present they have very little competition and help set the rates in state on long distance calls .
