Instead of dismissing the lawsuit, you might want to look at the FACTS behind it, because there were certainly a lot of red herrings that the bears were pointing out and that CSCO would not attest to in 99/00.

The fundamental condition of the company had been deteriorating even before March'00 and CSCO was notoriously dispicable in its vendor financing and acquisition methods.

With the most recent write down of goodwill, CSCO is telling us that it severely overpaid for companies. What's left of these companies on the balance sheet since they've all been written off in R&D expense?
