IMO this is a great example of how tough comparisons are... I for example place a very large premium in having on of us at home raising the kids at all times... some would rather have an SUV I suppose. In any case these questions are clearly much more complicated than many admit.

I was working in Santa Clara and remember seeing many of the refugees from So. Cal., Arizona, Texas, etc. in 1989 to 1992. Las Vegas always seems to do well. Basically, I agree with you.
