Zeev: OT From what I have read from independent sources (and this includes Palestinians and Israelis) Baraks's offer was much less generous than the US press made it out to be. I will E-mail some of this to you if you wish. Also Arafat comes across more as a quisling than anything else. He is totally corrupt and was supported for years by the Israelis and Americans because they thought he could push what amounted to a disguised Palestinian surrender down his people's throats. BTW, I have Harretz E-mailed to be daily and it is MUCH more informative than the US press on these issues. At least they present both sides which the US press seldom does.
