California is full of environmentally concerned citizens. It is also the wealthiest state by far, and is doing quite well.

The fear-mongering generated by the press and Republican opportunists (like GWB) wrt to California is quite humorous.

If California ever does go out of business, you will know really fast. The NAZ will plunge to 0.
