Take a look at telecom sector. Have you seen any of them rocketted? XOXO is under pressure tremendously. WCII is dead. MCLD NXTL ALGX are bearish. WCOM is under pressure as well. VZ BLS FON T are going no where. These were the cash cows in expansion era but no more. They're hunker down and cutting cap-ex and try to get a positive cash flow for the next 5 years. Forget this deadcat bounce on networkers and semis. They are my targets.
