The new economy is not into free market, but into export of stock certificates. The best certificates are printed for $5 per sheet. But the shares it presents are worth millions of dollars.

Domestic economy was built up so the stock certificates are now worth much more money. Foreign investor put their hard currency back into Wall street. It is much better than selling all our resources cheap. It is as good as selling renewable resources(recycled products).

If we are looking for 5% export of our economy, we are looking to sell agricultural products(exporting water), apparel products(exporting water in cotton), and others(mostly water we hope). We are importing hard currency, rare metal commodities, and crude oil.

Need we say more, go get them.
