Cutting back wasted energy use and paying fair market prices for the energy consumed is hardly a crisis. It is an improvement. You can only cut back so far without economic damage and ar current prices we'll still be paying fives as much as before for that smaller amount. The state government is still absorbibg the majority of the costs, so what you see now is just a fraction of what you will pay when the government drops out- -which it will have to (or your taxes will skyrocket.) Improvement? You're nuts. If the Chinese weren't here, either would Silicon Valley. There are not anywhere near enough skilled Americans to do the work Are you on drugs? Is that a reply to If those "conservative Chinese" love Communism and Communists so much, why are they here? ? That has nothing to do with whether Chinese immigrants come to SV. The ones that love the commies will stay in China; the ones that don't and believe they can make it in a competitive capitalist economy come here. Do you have brain damage?
