You're correct of course ! Being able to adjust your fiscal year for convenience gets high marks as does forward booking of future service revenues into the current year. At least until the SEC comes calling. Easy question time ! What do these latest lenders of last resort for MSTR have in common ? Promethean Asset Management; The Citadel Investment Group; Angelo, Gordon & Company. A. They will make 570% on their "loan" to MSTR B. They know more than we do. C. They're all based in the Cayman Islands, or D. All of the above. ------------- I'd pick "D" but that involves speculation, leaving "C" as the only confirmed answer.
