What's next for "The Rock"?

by Roger Grandgenett

Moments after new heavyweight champion Hasim Rahman's spectacular knockout win over Lennox Lewis, speculation had already begun on what's next for "The Rock." There is a rematch clause in the Lewis-Rahman contract and Lennox Lewis intends to exercise it. "I definitely want a rematch as soon as possible," said Lewis. "No way he can beat me again."

However, there may be some wiggle space for a voluntary defense before that rematch takes place and Mike Tyson's name is at the top of the list. Rahman's manager Stan Hoffman said, "All along, Tyson has said 'Lennox Lewis, Lennox Lewis', so does he want to fight us now?" The answer is likely a resounding yes. Iron Mike's manager Shelly Finkel was reportedly on the phone with Rahman's promoter Cedric Kushner just minutes after the fight.

That was some exciting knock out... Lewis just had no respect for the rock. Lewis seemed not to be paying attention.
