Fred,

I'm not so sure that the type of business that Revere is in has anything to do with "investing" per se, I think they are in the business of financing companies, in part, through stock deals in order to obtain the greatest return on investment possible.

I'm not particularly encouraged here by the price action, and the inability to maintain a price above $1 which is required by NASDAQ to maintain a listing on the national market. If it continues a re-listing to the Nasdaq Small Cap exchange could be in the offing, or a reverse split of shares.... I noticed this re-listing possibility is allowed for in the latest 8-K regarding the pricing period ending May 4th for the Revere shares.

Either way most institutional investors won't be permitted to participate in the accumulation of the stock at these levels, and to realize any lasting price appreciation, these large block buyers need to be involved. They have been net sellers of late.

Technically speaking, I think it's a wash down here. I can't discern any real patterns that might portend a move, and I don't know anything about linear regression channels that Jim has mentioned. The stock didn't really participate in the latest tech buying panic, so I kind of saw that as a negative too since the stock isn't even participating in the overall index moves much anymore. I attribute this to the jumping ship of the institutions of late.

Maybe the stock can get a decent rally together if it can show another long legged stick that goes down to re-test the lows and reverse...this could be a bullish pattern to start something, but basically I'm not seeing a whole lot that says the COMPX is going to move much higher than 2450-2550 in the foreseeable future...that is the area where an island gap reversal occurred and it is HUGE resistance. The chances are pretty good the COMP isn't going anywhere earth shatteringly important real soon, so I doubt GMGC is.

I love this little stock for some strange reason, it's made me some great coin, but my gut tells me it's dying a slow death here in light of current market and economic conditions. Harsh realities dictate that companies like these will get bought out after chapter 11's and 13's...not before... but I hope it never comes to that. I unloaded the majority of my position for a very minimal loss when the stock couldn't hold the 50 dma way back when, so I keep a few shares for sentimental reasons here<gg>

This was way speculative in a bull market, I'm afraid to try to quantify things in the here and now<gg>...

Best of Luck,

John
