You're assuming this is a bear market rally and that the most climactic sell-off in memory isn't over now. As I expect most techs to double (some already have and may get 300-400%) from their lows by 4th quarter that hardly qualifies this as a bear market anymore. Hard to fight the Fed now that they're being so aggressive. Rates could get down to 3%.
