Frank, Thanks for the article on Verizon DSL. I am still waiting for my Verizon DSL line for my office. If I experience these kinds of problems, I will immediately complain to the Washington State Utilities and Transportation Commission. In the past, that has been effective. I urge others with these kinds of problems to file a written complaint with your state commission.
