I am not so stupid as to bet CSCO will be under $5 by the end of THIS year. This is one of the most manipulative LARGE companies working in an environment alongside one of the most manipulative Federal Reserve's in the history of mankind.

CSCO's problems are long-term structural and related to their massive buying binge, options splurge, and total irreverance for Shareholders' that has created a monstrous 7.5 billion share float that will never probably never be forgiven. The company lacks insight into innovation and only understands how to acquire companies at large premiums and write them off in one times charge later on.

I say this because the company has proven that it does not deserve to stand a long the ranks of a GE or MSFT due to the intense cyclicality of its earnings and its growth strategy. CSCO's valuation is better compared to a oil service or forest product company.

In that context, the stock has become a trading vehicle - at best, as opposed to a long term wealth creation vehicle.
