Well, of course, if the shares were directly owned, I do think he would be making a very informed decision. PhD, the Chairman, and--in retirement--a financial investor. At 70, though, he could have many kids, or trusts or foundations over which he has partial (at least for reporting purposes) control. I would rather see the VPs stepping up, especially the newer guys who might be thinking that the next option award at $23/share will not be enough to take advantage of these prices. I also think the bears have been just as informed as insiders. <vbf> In retrospect, IMO, that BS troponin article was designed to shake the tree for those who already knew the endpoints were missed. And I bit on it, concluding the shorts had shown their hand and didn't know what they were doing. But they turned over some new cards that won the pot. For now. Wilder
