jeffersonkeith: with all due respect, a web-site devoted to the "wisdom" of investing in gold is hardly the site I would consult for an accurate, unbiased account of the current market and where it is going. The suggestion that the NASDAQ will bottom at a level under 1000 is (IMO) a major stretch of one's imagination. Incidentally, comparing the present slowdown in technology to the Great Depression borders on the ridiculous.
