<<Clinton urges Americans to support paying down federal debt>>

Then why did it go up everyday he was in office?

What a classless egotistical moron Clinton is. Every President in recent history has kept his mouth shut for the first year after leaving office for the good of the country. And now this (starving for any attention), morally bankrupt loser has the need to try and save his pathetic legacy by spouting campaign rhetoric three months after he leaves office.

Pathetic...Simply pathetic...

Besides the fact that he was the one who prevented the deficit from getting paid off to begin with. Have you forgotten his "We can't balance the budget in 7 years, then a week later, "we can't balance the budget in 8 years", then two days later, "we can't balance the budget in 9 years, then a week or so later, "we can't balance the budget in 10 years without "starving children, making the elderly eat dog food, and so forth.

Democrats wanting to balance the budget is an oxymoron. The budget got balanced because we elected a Republican congress for the first time in 40 years. And they were willing to take the political heat and let the government shut down to prevent Clinton from spending us into oblivion.

Clinton's attempt at re-writing history won't work. No matter how many clintonista's he gets to carry his septor around the net.
