There are a few people out there posting using my name. Can I be sued for their posts? No. I think they must match up the IP and ISP of the actual posts to the real person. User names are user names. I have even seen people crack into other peoples user names and make posts. Who's liable? The actual poster of the specific post as per their IP and ISP.

The CEO of ASTN said he's gonna sue me in his last Friday with Freddy's last Friday. I follow chat board lawsuits anyway. The poster must first be identified as the real person. The subpoena to provide the identity can still be squashed as per past anonymous poster cases.

Obviously ASTN is not doing well. It's always a bad sign when companies blame their share price on shorters or message board posters. I think their stock will dip on Monday as Friday with Freddy revealed a few negative things. We shall see.
