The point is that he does not want you to tell him that the president has nothing to do with the movement of the stock market.

So, don't tell him!

It's fine with me, actually. The more people that believe the markets are influenced by the president, the easier it is for me to make money in the stock market.

Remember, there has to be someone on the losing end of our winning trades.

Reagan forcefully stopped the slide in 1987 by telling Wall Street that they were a bunch of clueless morons.

In contrast, Bush/Cheney chose to fan the fire and sent the market reeling.
