How long ago was that? The highway is 247. I've been there many times, and never smelled a thing, and there are some subdivisions very close by that have homes worth over $250k, which in that part of the Houston area is big bucks.

On Friday nights I used to go to downtown Borger Tx to hang out. Talk about stink! But so what, if it wasn't for Phillips there wouldn't be anybody there to party with.
