Clinton threatened to shut down the government every year unless congress spent more, not less money Scumbria. Clinton also wanted to spend nearly 20 billion dollars in his first year (as a stimulus package), when the economy was already surging. Lucky for our deficit, he didn't get his wish. I can see it doesn't really matter if I post a dozen serious studies factually refuting your belief. You have been completely "Clintonized", and no effort on my part will get you off your knees.
