To say that Bush had anything to do with one of our submarines surfacing under a Japanese fishing vessel, demonstrates how utterly vacuous his positions are. And what's even funnier is anything which happened (militarily) during Clinton's term had nothing at all to do with him. He's not responsible for all the death inflicted on children in Serbia from our errant bombs. Not responsible for us bombing the Chinese embassy and killing people inside. Not responsible for the 18 servicemen who lost their life in Somalia, not responsible for dozens and dozens of Naval air accidents during his tenure. Nope, Clinton isn't responsible at all, but Bush is. Talk about hypocrisy! LOL Talk about being Clintonized! ROFLO
