Well, yes, most all of us like the outlook for 2002.

The outlook for the second half of 2002 is not rosy at all as Greenspan will likely be raising interest rates to fight inflation. The market will likely be higher by then, however (if the retest holds) and he will think he can produce another miracle.

Alas there will be no more miracles.
I have not looked at the long bond in the past two days, but my bank is raising mortgage rates. I am quite sure mortgage rates have bottomed. What will that do to housing?
